Please note:

1. We currently accept cash or e-transfer payments only. Receipt is provided by email (there is no direct billing).

2. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

3. When booking your Initial Treatment, please also schedule 4 to 5 weekly Follow-Up Treatments. Because our schedule fills up weeks in advance, booking ahead secures your spot and maintains your treatment momentum. We will review your progress at each visit and will happily cancel any remaining bookings if fewer sessions are needed.

4. When booking your treatment, if you can’t find a suitable time, you can put your name on the waiting list. We will send you an email if there is a last-minute cancellation.

5. Each session is guided by how your body presents on that day, so treatment is not measured strictly by time and may vary from person to person.

• 取消预约需提前至少 24 小时通知。不足 24 小时的取消或无故缺席，将收取相当于预定服务费 100% 的取消费。

• 在预订初次治疗时，请同时预约 4 到 5 次每周一次的后续治疗。由于我们的日程通常会提前数周排满，提前预订能确保您的治疗进度不被中断。每次就诊时我们都会评估您的进展，如果最终不需要那么多频次，我们会随时为您取消剩余的预订。

• 在您预订治疗时，如果找不到合适的时间，可以把您的名字放在候补名单（waiting list）上。一旦有临时取消的名额，我们将给您发送电子邮件。

• 每次治疗都将根据您当天身体的实际状况来引导，因此治疗不严格按时间衡量，且因人而异。
