Please note:

  1. We currently accept cash or e-transfer payments only. Receipt is provided by email (there is no direct billing).

  2. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for your treatment and arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  3. Kindly be aware that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

  4. When booking your Initial Treatment, please also schedule 4 to 5 Follow-Up Treatments. We recommend spacing them about once per week to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance over time. Osteopathic care is often most effective when given over a short series of treatments rather than a single visit. Each session is guided by how your body presents on that day, so treatment is not measured strictly by time and may vary from person to person. After each visit, we will review your progress and discuss your treatment plan together. If fewer than five treatments are needed, we will let you know and cancel the remaining bookings.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Cindy Qi brings depth, precision, and insight to her work as a manual osteopathic practitioner. She began her medical career in China, earning her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Hubei University of Chinese Medicine and practicing in a hospital setting for five years.

After relocating to Toronto, she graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and spent more than a decade as a Registered Massage Therapist, becoming known for thoughtful, results-focused care.

Driven to better understand the body as an integrated whole, Cindy completed over 4,200 hours of intensive, principles-based osteopathic education, including 1,500 hours of hands-on clinical training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she developed a strong foundation in structural diagnosis and manual treatment. Today, she focuses exclusively on osteopathic assessment and treatment, helping patients uncover and resolve the root causes of pain through a comprehensive, patient-centred approach.
